yeah, so i'm a couple days late with posting the Scripture from Tues. Well here it is:

"The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord we have an everlasting Rock."
Isaiah 26:3,4


Know it - i hear John's gonna be even rougher than me and you know how i preach on knowing the Word ... which really is the same thing as knowing Him.
